Hong Kong : where to eat good organic food gluten free salad and cafe (closed)

Update July: lokali has shut its doors. Sad!

Today we are not going to the tavern at stone nullah lane. Instead, I would like to take this chance to introduce you an excellent organic place along the same lane. It's a new kid on the block-- called okali... Well, sounds like locally.

I will do a brief intro on the place and food, before I go into how to get there, after whetting your appetite.

And the recent writeup.

And the salad (pick 3 dishes for hkd58).
Well, pretty reasonable and greenhouse greens. Good quality food, worth it's price.

You can have just 1 dish for hkd38. Add on for drinks like an organic coffee is hkd20. Latte is hkd30. Here's a pic of the nicely decorated cafe.

Very pleasing to the eye decor.

Check out those on the shelves! They are snacks like to die for chocolate and all.

Yes, organic snacks too.

Anyway here's what I ordered for today. I used to frequent passion cafe at Amoy street, but am searching for a new haunt to get my greens. Reason being passion cafe doesn't change it's menu. Same old, same old, day in and out.

Isn't this grains awesome?

So do checkout lokali the next time. Really awesome good food. Gets my vote!

Now, to get here, just follow the blue house (same lane) and it's opposite he bright red st James settlement (that's a old folks home equivalent I think, not our club in Sg)

So quaint, I like.

And of course the tavern is right on the foot of the lane...
