Hk : order CHA ZAU if you like Singapore's condensed milk tea version

I've always had an issue with hk's milk tea. Their evaporated milk is very thick. Nothing like our Teh c either.

I've been "suffering" for a year. Only toast box understands what is Teh siu dai.

Now finally! Thanks to my great friends.

I've broken the code and can finally enjoy this wonderful milk tea, the way I like it-- again!

To rem: think of the tea running away!
Cha chow
Traditional Chinese茶走
Simplified Chinese茶走
Literal meaning"tea without [evaporated milk]"

Cha chow (Chinese茶走) is milk tea prepared with condensed milk, instead of evaporated milk and sugar. Its taste is, as can be expected, sweeter than ordinary milk tea. In the old days,[clarification needed][6] Cha chow was mostly drunk by older people who had "congestion" in their throats.
